VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
We are offering virtual appointments to our customers. We have recently re-opened our showroom but if you prefer to have an appointment from the comfort of your own home we would be happy to arrange a virtual appointment with one of our Comfort Consultants.
Our virtual appointments are available using FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp or your preferred platform. You will have the opportunity to speak to a dedicated Comfort Consultant who will be able to answer any questions and discuss your needs, without visiting the showroom.
We invite you to call, web chat or e-mail to book your virtual appointment. Once your virtual appointment is booked and your preferred platform is chosen, we will help you to connect with us ready for your appointment.
HOME DEMONSTRATION - WITHOUT CONTACT
As part of our revised measures, our home demonstrations are completely contactless. Throughout our visit, a 2m distance will be maintained and there will be no physical contact between the customer and ourselves.
We would like to assure all our customers that we are taking extraordinary measures to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All products are thoroughly cleaned both before and after each home demonstration. Our demonstration team are equipped with protective face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.
Every member of the demonstration team has undertaken training modules on Covid-19 Infection, Prevention and Control and have certificates to show that this training has been completed successfully.
Where possible, and weather permitting, it may be possible to carry out the product demonstration in your garden or other outdoor area.
