Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we attend consumer exhibitions nationwide all year-round. Contact us to enquire about the next show near you and find out how to obtain complimentary entry. Alternatively, we can arrange a free, no obligation, home demonstration where we bring the product to you for you to try in the comfort of your own home. If at the end of your home demonstration you decide not to buy, we simply take it away.
What methods of payment are available?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron.
What is the warranty on my product?
We offer 5 years parts and labour warranty on all our adjustable beds and 3 years parts and labour on our range of massage chairs. We offer the best warranty program in the business – we think you’ll agree.
Will I have to assemble the products myself?
We will assemble your products upon delivery as part of our normal service.
Will you take the packaging away?
We will remove all packaging from your product and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks from date of order. For some of our more bespoke ranges delivery can sometimes be 10-12 weeks. We will notify you at the time of order the anticipated delivery time.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders provided you live in mainland UK (including mainland Northern Ireland).
Can you deliver outside mainland UK?
We can arrange delivery via courier to any address outside mainland UK but this may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
